Potuguese Breakfast of Champions!

Made a Portuguese Breakfast the other day:

Eggs and Chorizo (not the Mexican kind-this type is a dry hung sausage)


Slice and fry up the sausage with some bell peppers.


Bake some croissants in the oven.


Pan fry or scramble and egg and plate.

Enjoy!
